These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of services by DigiScale Growth ("Company", "we", "us", "our") to clients ("Client", "you", "your"). By engaging our services, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All services provided by DigiScale Growth shall be specified strictly in the written proposal, quote, or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, the Client is responsible for providing all necessary assets. A scope of work (SOW) shall outline specific deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.

Results depend on multiple factors, including market competition, platform algorithms, and client cooperation.
All services require primary 50% advance, and final clearance payment of the project on completion as agreed in writing.
All invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments may attract a late fee of 1.5% monthly.
All monthly retainer services are to be paid in advance.
All payments via wire transfer, UPI, or check explicitly are to the Client.
All taxes applicable are to be borne by the Client directly or implicitly.
4.1 Upfront fees made are typically non-refundable unless uninitiated.
4.2 Retainer based services require a 30-day written cancellation notice.
4.3 Cancellations in mid-project require full payment pay for all work completed prior to cancellation date.
4.4 Refunds are subject to DigiScale Growth's unreturned, unreceived deliverables conditionally.
We do not offer refund based on poor results.
The Client agrees to:
Delays in Client resources may result in project delays or penalty by DigiScale Growth.
6.1 All final approved work reverts fundamentally upon full actual payment to DigiScale Growth.

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service in dispute.

Either party may terminate a retainer by written notice.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
The Client agrees not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any employee, contractor, or consultant of DigiScale Growth during the term of engagement, and for 12 months thereafter, without written consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from this scope of work explicitly outlined herein shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
